| FOR NEW CLIENTS: The first step is to schedule an initial in-home consultation which will be free of charge as we are confident that you will love our services. The consultation usually takes anywhere from 1 to 2 hours and gives the chance to meet us well as giving us the opportunity to meet you and your pet(s) to make sure you both feel most comfortable with us and our service. We will explain our work in detail, answer all your questions, obtain all necessary information like pet(s) health history, special dietary, daily routine, exercise needs etc to guaranty best care, and fill out the service contract. Emergency contact numbers, veterinarian name and contact info and copy of current rabies certification are necessary. When you call to schedule an Initial Consultation, our office manager Pamela will go through a few questions with you to have us prepared for our meeting and you will get access to our online system for updating your information at any time and also use our online booking. NOTE: Please, make sure you have 2 keys available due to additional cost which would apply for separate pick-up. FOR ESTABLISHED CLIENTS: At EaseMyMind, LLC we confidently maintain your information for future references allowing you to book our services at anytime with just a simple phone call, text message, booking through our online system or e-mail. We recommend to store your keys securely with us for most convenience or in the event of an emergency. |
