POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS

**We cannot pet sit for dangerous or aggressive animals. Unfortunately due
to liability issues we can no longer sit adult Rottweilers and Pitbulls.

**Daily visits are required for the good of your pet(s); at least two visits/day
for dogs, one visit/day for cats.

**Pet(s) must be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination, due to Texas law.

**Outside pet(s) must have provided shelter against sun and weather. If
there is a heat advisory issued, pets held outside will not be accepted.

**Initial consultation for new clients at home (see 'New clients' versus
'Established clients'); please, allow 1 - 1.5 hours.

**Holiday reservations should be made well in advance to guarantee service.

**Please provide, at least 48 hours notice of any changes or cancellations of
service. Payments are non-refundable for notice less then 24 hours.

**Payment is due in full for new clients before service starts, and can either
be made in form or cash or check during the initial consultation.

**A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned check with no exceptions.

**Clients are responsible for providing all foods, treats, supplements, cat
litter, cleaning supplies etc

An additional fee of $12.00 will be charged if the pet sitter has to run to the
store for previously named items plus the costs for those, upon receipt.

**Knowledge of anything out of the ordinary about your pet, like health
issues, or your home like drainage problems etc need to be addressed.
