GETTING STARTED

FOR NEW CLIENTS:

The first step is to schedule an initial in-home
consultation which will be free of charge if you
decide to book my service.
This consultation will take up to an hour to give you
the chance to meet me as well as giving me the
opportunity to meet you and your pet(s) to make
sure you both feel most comfortable with me and my
service.
I will explain my work in detail, answer all your
questions, obtain all necessary information like
pet(s) health history, special dietary, daily routine,
exercise needs etc to guaranty best care, and fill
out the service contract.
Emergency contact numbers, veterinarian name and
contact info and copy of current rabies certification
are necessary.
Please, make sure you
already have a spare key available due to additional
cost which apply for separate pick-up.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

-  ID-tags and collars on the pet, leashes
-  Copy of current rabies certification
-  Name and contact info of your veterinarian
-  Mode of travel, departure and arrival time
-  Copy of keys and codes to securely enter your home



FOR ESTABLISHED CLIENTS:

At EASY CARE I confidently file your information
for future references allowing you to book my
service anytime with just a simple phone call or
e-mail, unless you would like to meet up again prior.
You can also have your spare key securely stored at
EASY CARE for most convenience.
